Terms

Visitors to Fox Cottage are asked to observe the following:

The letting period is normally Friday to Friday. Guests are asked to arrive after 3.00pm and agree to vacate no later than 10.00am.

The accommodation will be cleaned and prepared for your arrival. You undertake to keep the property and all furnishing and fittings in the accommodation in the same state of repair, condition and cleanliness as the beginning of the let. All damage and breakages are the visitor’s responsibility and the proprietor must be recompensed in full.

Whilst we have made every effort to ensure that descriptions of the property and details of the accommodation provided are correct, we cannot accept any liability for any loss or damage which arises. From any information that we supply, we can accept no liability for any injury, loss, damage or expense from your use of the holiday accommodation or the surrounding facilities. Vehicles are parked entirely at owner’s risk.

This agreement confers on you the right to occupy Fox Cottage solely for the purpose of a holiday or short term temporary stay and not as a permanent dwelling house and that you will vacate no later than the time specified in the agreement.

You undertake that only the agreed number of persons will occupy the property whose details you have described in the booking. The proprietor reserves the right to refuse entry to the entire party if this condition is not observed. We will take care to ensure that your holiday cottage is satisfactory but in the event of a complaint please notify us immediately.

Cancellation: Deposits are non refundable. We reserve the right to obtain full cost of the holiday booked in the event of cancellation. We will endeavour to re-let and, if successful, we shall refund except for £50-00 administration costs.

We strongly recommend that you take out a cancellation insurance policy to cover this.

We operate a no smoking and no pet’s policy at Fox Cottage
